A lot of other companies seemed to be charging quite a lot of money for hand crafted cards, so it was a real delight to find Cupid Cards, who did great work for a fraction of the price. We absolutely loved the 'Organza' Design, as it was nice and simple, yet classy at the same time. On ordering the invites the staff were really helpful, responding to emails right away. During the production of the invites the staff kept me up to date with how things were going, and provisional dates for delivery etc. The invites arrived packaged securely, so none of the added details on the invites got squished. I found the whole process very straight forward and enjoyable. It always helps when the staff are eager to make things perfect and just the way you have always imagined. I will definitely be reccommending Cupid Cards to friends and family in the future.

We both agree that all of the products that we ordered are fantastic and look so professional without the over-inflated costs that other companies charge. The invitations/stationery were beautiful, but the outstanding part was the customer service. They really guided me through the whole process, which was not easy with my stress/disorganisation levels! Of all my wedding suppliers they were miles above the rest, and there were a few times when they could have just taken my money and not helped me, but instead they always found a solution. I cannot praise them highly enough.

The invitations have arrived and we are really pleased with them. They look great! The whole process from my initial enquiry right through to delivery has been really easy and straight forward and you have done everything you said you would do! You were really efficient! Also, you were really patient with all my requests for changing the artwork-thankyou!

We contacted Cupid Cards at short notice and asked for a bespoke product that was not part of their standard range. The designed a beautiful table plan for us, adpating the first draft to suit our particular colour scheme and wishes, and even accomodated our last minute changes with great grace. We were absolutely delighted by the end result, and had many complements from our guests many of whom took fotos of it on the day. We loved it and would not hesitate to go back to them if we have any similar needs or to recommend them wholeheartedly. Thanks.

They also contacted us prior to the date to do our order of service once we had sorted it, and provided matching thank you cards for after the wedding date. Service was very efficient, postage was offered but I decided to collect due to being close to the area.

When I had my first meeting with Sarah and saw the stationery first hand, it really is very beautiful. Sarah was very polite and friendly whilst always maintaining a very efficient business approach. Emailed PDF’s and invoices were sent to me each time as agreed. When I asked for advice on certain areas, Sarah was always able to advise with experience in order to help me. I recommend Sarah for wedding stationery. I knew that it was all safe in her hands and that gave me one less thing to be worried about.
